Deleting Your Account

Permanently remove your Ascentia account and all associated data.

Important Warning
Please read carefully before proceeding

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including trades, journal entries, performance analytics, and AI insights will be permanently deleted.

Before proceeding, consider exporting your data or temporarily deactivating your account instead.

What Gets Deleted
Data that will be permanently removed
  • Profile Information: Name, email, profile picture, and all personal details
  • Trading Data: All trades, journal entries, screenshots, and notes
  • Performance Analytics: Historical performance data, charts, and reports
  • AI Insights: All AI-generated insights and recommendations
  • Settings & Preferences: All customizations and preferences
  • Subscription: Active subscription will be canceled (no refund for remaining time)
  • Connected Integrations: All third-party connections will be removed
How to Delete Your Account
Step-by-step deletion process
  1. Navigate to Account Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
  3. Read the warning message carefully
  4. Enter your password to confirm
  5. Type "DELETE" in the confirmation field
  6. Select a reason for leaving (optional but helpful)
  7. Click "Permanently Delete My Account"
  8. Check your email for a final confirmation link
  9. Click the link within 24 hours to complete deletion
Grace Period & Recovery

30-Day Grace Period

After initiating deletion, you have 30 days to change your mind. During this time, your account is deactivated but data is not yet deleted. Contact support@ascentia.app to cancel the deletion.

After 30 Days

Deletion becomes permanent and irreversible. All data is removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
