- Check Your Math: Ascentia automatically calculates P&L, but verify your entry matches your broker statement
- Save Drafts: You can save incomplete trades as drafts and finish them later
Ticker Not Found
If your asset doesn't appear in the search, try using the full ticker symbol including exchange suffix (e.g., "AAPL.US" or "BTC-USD"). For less common assets, you can manually enter the ticker.
Wrong P&L Calculation
Make sure you've entered the correct quantity and included any commissions or fees. For options and futures, verify you're using the correct multiplier for your contract.
Can't Save Trade
Ensure all required fields are filled out. The "Save Trade" button will be disabled until mandatory information is complete. Check for any red error messages near the input fields.
