Removing Payment Methods
How to delete payment methods you no longer use

Deleting a Payment Method

  1. Go to your Billing Settings
  2. Find the payment method you want to remove
  3. Click "Remove" or the trash icon
  4. Confirm the deletion

Note: You cannot remove your default payment method if you have an active subscription. You must either add a new payment method and set it as default, or cancel your subscription first.

Important Considerations

  • Ensure you have at least one valid payment method if you have an active subscription
  • Removing a payment method does not cancel your subscription
  • Past invoices associated with removed payment methods remain in your billing history
Payment Failures and Retries
What happens when a payment fails and how to resolve it

Common Payment Failure Reasons

  • Insufficient Funds - Not enough balance on the card
  • Expired Card - Card has passed its expiration date
  • Incorrect Details - Wrong CVV, billing address, or card number
  • Bank Decline - Your bank has declined the transaction
  • Card Limit Reached - Transaction exceeds your card limit

Automatic Retry Process

If a payment fails, we automatically retry the charge:

  • First retry: 3 days after initial failure
  • Second retry: 5 days after first retry
  • Third retry: 7 days after second retry
  • Final notice: Account suspension if all retries fail

You'll receive email notifications for each failed attempt with instructions on how to update your payment method.

To resolve a failed payment:

  1. Check your email for the payment failure notification
  2. Update your payment method or add a new one
  3. Click "Retry Payment" in your billing settings
  4. Contact support if the issue persists
