From Your Account Settings

  1. Log in to your Ascentia account
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu
  4. Navigate to the "Subscription" tab
  5. Click "Upgrade Plan" button
  6. Choose your desired plan (Pro or Enterprise)
  7. Select monthly or annual billing
  8. Review the pricing and features
  9. Click "Confirm Upgrade"
  10. Enter payment information if not already on file
  11. Complete the upgrade process

  1. Visit the Pricing page while logged in
  2. Compare plan features and select your desired tier
  3. Click "Upgrade Now" on your chosen plan
  4. Review the upgrade details and pricing
  5. Confirm your selection and complete payment

Understanding when changes take effect

Immediate Access

When you upgrade, you gain immediate access to all features of your new plan. There's no waiting period - start using advanced analytics, Ascentio AI, and unlimited trades right away.

Prorated Billing

You'll only pay for the remaining time in your current billing cycle at the new plan rate. For example:

  • If you're 15 days into a monthly Basic plan and upgrade to Pro, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining 15 days
  • Your next full billing cycle will charge the complete Pro plan price
  • Any unused credit from your previous plan is automatically applied

Billing Cycle Alignment

Your billing date remains the same after upgrading. If you were billed on the 1st of each month on Basic, you'll continue to be billed on the 1st after upgrading to Pro.

Switching Billing Frequency
Change from monthly to annual or vice versa

Monthly to Annual

Save 17% by switching to annual billing. When you switch:

  • You'll be charged the annual rate immediately
  • Any remaining credit from your monthly subscription is applied
  • Your new annual billing cycle begins immediately
  • You'll save approximately 2 months worth of subscription fees

Annual to Monthly

If you prefer monthly billing:

  • The change takes effect at the end of your current annual period
  • You'll continue to have access for the remainder of your paid year
  • Monthly billing begins on your next renewal date
  • No refunds are provided for unused annual subscription time

What if I'm on a free trial?

You can upgrade from a free trial at any time. Your trial will end, and you'll be charged for your chosen plan. The time remaining on your trial is not refunded or credited.
